Refund Policy

Every purchase on StudyMap comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with a program or subscription, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to one-time purchases and to every billing cycle of a subscription.

Email us at sarisoy602@gmail.com with the email address on your account and a short note about what went wrong. You do not need to give a lengthy explanation — your request within 30 days is enough. We aim to confirm refunds within 2 business days.

Because our Merchant of Record, Paddle, processed the payment, refunds are issued through Paddle and appear back on your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the money to appear.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing us — cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you forget to cancel and a renewal goes through, the same 30-day guarantee applies to that charge.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always sort things out faster, and the 30-day guarantee means you may not need the chargeback at all.
