StudyMap ("the Service") is owned and operated by Suat Sarısoy (the "Seller"). You can contact us at sarisoy602@gmail.com.

The Service is an online study assistant that helps students organize their coursework, build study plans, and practice with AI-generated quizzes and tutoring.

All payments for the Service are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, with its registered office at Judd House, 18-29 Corporation Street, Belfast, BT1 3AQ, United Kingdom ("Paddle").

Paddle acts as the legal seller of record for purchases made through the Service. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, applicable sales tax / VAT collection and remittance, and the initial handling of refund and chargeback requests on our behalf. Your payment relationship for purchases is with Paddle, and charges may appear on your statement under "Paddle" or "Paddle.net".

Some parts of the Service are offered as one-time purchases (for example, the Grade Turnaround Plan) and some as recurring subscriptions (for example, Exam Mastery Coaching, Parent & Progress Report, and Study Tutor Pro).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features remain available until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted to your local currency by Paddle, with applicable taxes added at checkout.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• misuse the AI features (for example, to harass others, generate harmful or illegal content, or attempt to manipulate the models);
• share your account credentials or allow others to use your account;
• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content without written permission;
• interfere with the operation of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

The Service is a study aid. You remain responsible for your own academic work and for following the rules of your school or examination board.

All content, software, branding, and materials in the Service are owned by the Seller or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your own uploaded materials (syllabi, notes, homework photos) remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms (including the acceptable use rules above), if required by law, or where your account is used in a way that puts the Service or other users at risk. Where practical, we will notify you and give you a chance to resolve the issue first. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific grades or academic outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
